All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday during peak periods, otherwise by arrangement.
Prices are per week and are inclusive of VAT (where app.) and Linen.
A Housekeeping Deposit of £30 (April - Sept) and £50 (Oct - March) will be made on all bookings. This will be refunded after deduction of metered charges for electricity and for any breakages or special cleaning. Please note that our online booking prices include this deposit.
Winter Lets
During the winter months we will let our cottages on a weekly or monthly basis at reduced rates. If you are moving home, and require high quality accommodation close to Exeter, call us for prices.
Short Breaks
Short breaks of three nights are available at two thirds of relevant weekly price.
Extra nights at £70 per night.
