Deposits
All offers of accommodation are subject to availability and will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of one-third of the total charge. Provisional bookings will be held for five working days. The deposit is refundable only if the required accommodation is not available. Cheques should be made payable to Bussells Farm Cottages Ltd.
Payment
The balance of the charge is to be paid 4 weeks before the date of arrival. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let the accommodation. In the event that it is not possible to arrange a re-letting you will be liable for payment of the balance. For bookings made less than 4 weeks in advance the total amount is payable on booking.
Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by Recorded Delivery. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. If a re-letting has not been made you will be liable for the balance of the charge. If the accommodation is re-let we will refund the amount for which it is re-let. We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the cost of your holiday.
Liability
Occupants will be held liable for damage caused to the premises, cottages or contents during their stay.
Arrival & Departure
The accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Pets: Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement and at our discretion.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the cottages.
Party Size
The maximum number of guests allowed in the accommodation is defined by the number of beds available. Under no circumstances may this number be exceeded except by prior arrangement. The hirer agrees not to cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of nearby accommodation. The proprietor reserves the right to demand the immediate vacation of the premises by any parties who, in the proprietor’s opinion, are causing or are likely to cause a nuisance to the proprietors or other guests or detriment to the property
