Bussells Farm nestles in a green and peaceful Devonshire valley that runs from Tiverton to Exeter. This is an area of great natural beauty, combined with easy access to the many beaches of the south coast and the historic city of Exeter, with its airport and mainline railway station.

While staying at Bussells you have access to our thirty acres of farmland, stables and lakes. The lakes provide our guests with excellent coarse fishing and are securely fenced for safety. We have a large heated outdoor swimming pool, a childrens adventure playground, built to stringent safety standards, and an indoor games room featuring a pool table, table-tennis table, table-football and a pinball machine. Kids - do you want to take Freddy and ET, our tame Alpacas, for a walk?

The local lanes and bridle paths are excellent for walking and riding.

The ancient city of Exeter is ten minutes drive and offers excellent shopping and many fine restaurants. Take a walk down to the old Quay and of course, to the Cathedral. The village of Stoke Canon is one mile away, it is on a bus route and has a shop/post office and village pub.

There are many good beaches to choose from along the south coast and Exe estuary. Exmouth and Teignmouth are wonderful for children with sandy beaches and lots of play areas. Sidmouth is popular with adults, with its fine Victorian seafront buildings.

There are many playparks and tourist attractions in the area and the peace and tranquility of Dartmoor is within easy reach.

We want you to really enjoy your stay in Devon and at Bussells
